We don't rush things around here at Baked. To perfect the Croissant it's a three day process. 

We only use the best butter and flour for our croissant, imported direct from France to produce our true French croissant. We follow a traditional three day slow fermentation technique and our pastry chefs hand craft these artisan croissants fresh everyday.
